My updated peaked lapel unlined jacket sewing pattern is now available. This jacket has a classic look and fits with patch pockets, a back vent, and sleeve cuff vents for buttons.

I wanted to offer another best-seller pattern that can easily be your favorite dressed-up or down jacket design. All my patterns are on a Couture level of craftsmanship and design.

This is a sewing pattern with a 1/2” seam allowance all around. The pattern pieces are marked with grainlines and material quantity. This pattern comes in USA Women’s sizes 2-14.

The jacket sewing pattern takes 2 3/4 yards of 45” wide goods.

I recommend medium-weight fabric cotton broadcloth, silk jacquard, wool, mixed blend cotton, and polyester.

This pattern is a pdf format on a 24” wide paper size. Please print it at 100% and check the measurement box on the pattern for printing accuracy.

• DOWNLOAD AND PRINTING INSTRUCTION:

• Download the file to your computer after purchase (You have less then 24 hours to download the file)

• Transfer the file to a flash drive and go to a print shop

• The print shop must have a Large format printer with a paper size of 24”

• For the printer ( I recommend FedEx Office or Office Depot)

• OPEN FILE

• Select PRINT

• LAYOUT ACTUAL SIZE

• 24” X 96” The document file will show up

• Then Print

• Measure the box provided for accuracy

The first video introduces this pattern with the design changes, testing the fit and cutting it out of a silk brocade fabric. When the final jacket is made in the brocade, I will upload those pictures. The pictures shown are of the muslin fabric for the fitting!
